1:1 Coaching: come back to yourself
For capable women who are exhausted from holding everything together — and ready to reclaim their energy, reconnect with themselves, and go after what they really want.
This is for you if…
You’re functioning, achieving, coping, and exhausted underneath it.
Other people’s moods feel like your emergency.
Your boundaries are either non-existent or exhausting to hold.
You’ve let the basics that give you energy slide: sleep, movement, food, rest.
You’ve lost touch with what you actually want, or you know, and haven’t let yourself go after it.
Hi, I’m Kelly
Eleven years ago, after completely burning out (running a global campaign, caring for my one-year-old and finishing a book, all while telling myself I was fine), I had to rebuild my energy from scratch. Slowly, and with a lot of trial and error. That’s how I came to this work.
I’ve spent more than a decade studying what actually works for women’s health, and why most habit advice falls apart in real, busy lives. I’ve coached women since 2019. I’m a Heroic Certified Coach and I’m completing Jessica Maguire’s Nervous System Certification for Coaches. Before coaching, I spent 20 years leading in high-pressure roles, including seven years with Médecins Sans Frontières. I’m the author of A Reluctant Warrior, host of the Wellness Simplified podcast and co-founder of Vitopia.ai.
What we work on
Regulation: understanding your bracing patterns and building the capacity to stay with yourself under stress.
Vitality: a sustainable rhythm of sleep, strength, nourishment, movement and recovery that fits your real life. If you use a wearable device such as an Oura ring or similar, we can use your data; if not, we use your experience.
Self-Connection: boundaries, people-pleasing, emotional over-responsibility, self-trust and voice.
Expansion: once there’s more room, we get to the real question: what do you want? And we build the capacity to pursue it: stretch, recover, integrate, stretch again.
What changes
You’ll end up better able to regulate when life gets hard. You’ll have more physical energy and habits that support it. You’ll know what’s yours to carry, and what isn’t. Your no gets cleaner. Your yes gets more wholehearted. And the energy you used to spend managing everyone else becomes available for your own life.
In their words
“To be in a room with other like-minded similar women gave me the support and push to achieve in a personal and professional level. I felt like I was truly in a safe place. It changed how I looked at the sector and at my work.”
— Rnita Dacho
“It helped me set boundaries, which I’m typically not very good at. I also let go of the feeling that I’m constantly letting people down.”
— Alisa Swift
“It reinstated my confidence in myself because of the open, sharing environment. Practically, I’ve started positive habits like the journaling and breathwork tools you taught.”
— Maya Zahran

FAQs
Is this therapy? No. Coaching is forward-focused and practical. Some of what we explore can touch old patterns. If deeper support would serve you, I’ll say so and can recommend people to work alongside.
I’m too busy. That’s usually the point. We work with the life you have and focus on the few changes that free up the most energy.
Do I need a wearable? No. Data is useful when you have it, but your own experience is the main source of information.
I’m not in my 40s. Is this for me? Most of my clients are 40–55, but the pattern of the capable, exhausted woman isn’t limited to an age bracket. Book a call and we’ll see if it’s a fit.
