Wellness Simplified is where my coaching practice becomes a weekly conversation.

 I started this show because I kept having the same conversation with people who were feeling overwhelmed with health information and advice. It’s not that they weren’t trying to be healthy. If anything, they were trying too hard and doing too much. This podcasts seeks to simplify. To meet you where you are with the time and resources you currently have. My hope is that you leave each episode with one clear action - a habit, experiment or test - that you can do to optimise your health in that area.
